The California Arebequina was harvested from groves in the Capay Valley and were carefully selected for us by Leandro Ravetti due to its green profile.  Displaying more character and a bigger mouth than other examples, it is creamy with not4es of savory herb and banana.  Pairs well with all our balsamic vinegars.
