๐ธ 1 lb. lean ground beef
๐ธ ยฝ cup finely chopped onion
๐ธ ยผ cup finely diced green bell pepper.
๐ธ ยผ cup finely diced celery
๐ธ 1 tablespoon minced garlic
๐ธ 1 tablespoon of Oliveziaโs Baklouti Fused Olive Oil
๐ธ 1 โ 6oz can of tomato paste
๐ธ 2 tablespoons of water
๐ธ 2 tablespoons of Oliveziaโs 18 Year Traditional Balsamic Vinegar
๐ธ 1 tablespoon of Oliveziaโs Neapolitan Herb Balsamic Vinegar
๐ธ Salt and Pepper
๐ธ 6 hamburger buns split and toasted.
๐๐ง๐ฌ๐ญ๐ซ๐ฎ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ
In a large skillet, heat Oliveziaโs Baklouti Fused Olive Oil, cook beef (add a pinch of salt), onion, celery and bell pepper until meat is brown and vegetables are tender. Stir frequently to break up any meat. Drain off fat. Stir tomato paste, water, garlic, balsamic vinegars into beef mixture in skillet. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve on rolls.
