๐ธ 8-9 fresh strawberries, washed and sliced
๐ธ 1 lime - freshly squeezed juice
๐ธ 1/2 tablespoon Oliveziaโs Alfoos Mango White Balsamic Vinegar
๐ธ 1/2 tablespoon Cara Cara Orange-Vanilla Balsamic Vinegar
๐ธ 1/2 tablespoon of sugar
๐ธ 10 mint leaves
๐ธ 2 ounces silver tequila (100% agave)
๐ธ Ice
๐ธ Garnish: mint sprig, strawberry, or orange
๐๐ง๐ฌ๐ญ๐ซ๐ฎ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ
Cook sugar, Oliveziaโs Alfoos Mango White Balsamic Vinegar and Oliveziaโs Cara Cara Orange Balsamic White Vinegar until sugar is dissolved and Balsamic Vinegar is reduced โ set aside and let cool.
In a cocktail shaker, muddle strawberries, lime juice, and Mango-Orange balsamic syrup until strawberries are completely dissolved. Add tequila to the shaker and fill 2/3 full of ice. Shake until well chilled, about 15 seconds. Using a strainer, pour into a serving glass filled with ice. Garnish with mint, orange or strawberry if desired.
