Oliveziaā€™s Tropical Grilled Chicken Wings

šŸ”ø 4 pounds chicken "party" wings

šŸ”ø 2 tablespoons Oliveziaā€™s Garlic Olive Oil

šŸ”ø 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

šŸ”ø 1/2 cup Oliveziaā€™s Blackberry Ginger Balsamic Vinegar

šŸ”ø 1/4 cup soy sauce

šŸ”ø 1 tablespoon of mustard

šŸ”ø 1 can of Coke or Pepsi soda

šŸ”ø 1 pineapple, peeled, cored, and sliced

šŸ”ø Ā½ sweet onion, chopped

šŸ”ø 2 large mangoes, peeled and chopped

šŸ”ø 1 Roma tomato, chopped

šŸ”ø ā…“ cup chopped fresh cilantro

šŸ”ø Ā½ tablespoon of Oliveziaā€™s Chipotle Infused Olive Oil

šŸ”ø Ā¾ teaspoon salt

šŸ”ø Ā½ tablespoon of Oliveziaā€™s Alfoos Mango White Balsamic Vinegar

šŸ”ø Ā¾ teaspoon lime zest

šŸ”ø 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice

Combine soy sauce, Oliveziaā€™s Blackberry Ginger Balsamic Vinegar, pepper, Oliveziaā€™s Garlic Olive Oil, soda from the can and wings in a large, zip-top bag. Close the bag and refrigerate it for 4 hours or overnight.


Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat. Remove the chicken wings from the marinade and pat dry. Cook the wings on the preheated grill, turning occasionally, until the chicken is well browned and no longer pink, 25 to 30 minutes.

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (350Ā° to 400Ā°). Grill pineapple and onion 5 minutes or until well-marked but not cooked through. Chop and place in a large bowl.

Whisk together Oliveziaā€™s Chipotle Infused Olive Oil and Oliveziaā€™s Alfoos Mango White Balsamic Vinegar. Toss in mangos, pineapple, and remaining ingredients. Cover and chill. Use it to top your chicken wings.
