Oliveziaโs Tropical Grilled Chicken Wings

๐ธ 4 pounds chicken "party" wings
๐ธ 2 tablespoons Oliveziaโs Garlic Olive Oil
๐ธ 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
๐ธ 1/2 cup Oliveziaโs Blackberry Ginger Balsamic Vinegar
๐ธ 1/4 cup soy sauce
๐ธ 1 tablespoon of mustard
๐ธ 1 can of Coke or Pepsi soda
๐๐๐ฅ๐ฌ๐ ๐๐ง๐ ๐ซ๐๐๐ข๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ
๐ธ 1 pineapple, peeled, cored, and sliced
๐ธ ยฝ sweet onion, chopped
๐ธ 2 large mangoes, peeled and chopped
๐ธ 1 Roma tomato, chopped
๐ธ โ cup chopped fresh cilantro
๐ธ ยฝ tablespoon of Oliveziaโs Chipotle Infused Olive Oil
๐ธ ยพ teaspoon salt
๐ธ ยฝ tablespoon of Oliveziaโs Alfoos Mango White Balsamic Vinegar
๐ธ ยพ teaspoon lime zest
๐ธ 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
๐๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ฌ ๐๐ง๐ฌ๐ญ๐ซ๐ฎ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ
Combine soy sauce, Oliveziaโs Blackberry Ginger Balsamic Vinegar, pepper, Oliveziaโs Garlic Olive Oil, soda from the can and wings in a large, zip-top bag. Close the bag and refrigerate it for 4 hours or overnight.
Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat. Remove the chicken wings from the marinade and pat dry. Cook the wings on the preheated grill, turning occasionally, until the chicken is well browned and no longer pink, 25 to 30 minutes.

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (350ยฐ to 400ยฐ). Grill pineapple and onion 5 minutes or until well-marked but not cooked through. Chop and place in a large bowl.
Whisk together Oliveziaโs Chipotle Infused Olive Oil and Oliveziaโs Alfoos Mango White Balsamic Vinegar. Toss in mangos, pineapple, and remaining ingredients. Cover and chill. Use it to top your chicken wings.
