Olive Oil May Reduce the Risk of Type II Diabetes

A meta-analysis on olive oil and diabetes has shown that regular consumption of olive oils may act as a preventative of Type II Diabetes. In fact, those who consumed higher levels of olive oil were 16% less likely to get Type II diabetes than those who were in the lower consumption levels. Lastly, consumption of olive oils showed an overall improvement in Type II Diabetes management.
