It makes a fantastic dressing or marinade, use on chicken, fish, over fruit salad, or oatmeal.It is divine paired with our Persian Lime Olive Oil, Eureka Lemon Olive Oil, or anyone of our Extra Virgin Olive Oils. Our naturally infused balsamic is caramel color-free, free of added sugar or thickeners and aged in the wood barrels of the traditional Solera Method in Modena, Italy.
