Oliveziaโ€™s Weekend Sliders

๐Ÿ”ธ 1 lb. ground beef

๐Ÿ”ธ 1 lb. ground turkey

๐Ÿ”ธ 2 finely grated garlic cloves

๐Ÿ”ธ 2 ยฝ teaspoons Kosher salt

๐Ÿ”ธ Ground black pepper

๐Ÿ”ธ 8 oz of goat cheese

๐Ÿ”ธ 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

๐Ÿ”ธ 1 large red onion, sliced into rounds

๐Ÿ”ธ 3 tablespoons Oliveziaโ€™s 18 Year Traditional Balsamic Vinegar

๐Ÿ”ธ 12 slider buns

๐Ÿ”ธ 1 sliced avocado

๐Ÿ”ธ 2 cups of washed, fresh spinach

In a small bowl, marinade onions with Oliveziaโ€™s 18 Year Traditional Balsamic Vinegar and let it sit for at least one hour. Onions will turn purple/red. Preheat grill or cast iron skillet to medium-high heat.


In a bowl, combine ground beef, ground turkey, garlic, kosher salt, and pepper. Form into 12 small patties. Set aside. In a small bowl, combine goat cheese and mayonnaise until smooth. Set aside. Grill the patties until golden and cooked through (about 3 minutes per side). Toast the buns on the grill for 15 seconds. Spread the tops of the bun with the goat cheese mixture, add cooked patties, onions, avocado and spinach.
